Terms of use

1. Booking & Payment All travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from travel suppliers. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Deposits may be non-refundable and required to secure bookings. Payment schedules and methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Client Responsibilities Clients must review all documents and confirmations upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, health requirements, and other necessary travel documentation.

3. Changes & Cancellations All change and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply according to the policies of the travel suppliers. Olamendi Travel and Tours, LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred due to changes or cancellations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

4. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is available and highly recommended. Olamendi Travel and Tours, LLC is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee claim outcomes. Clients who decline travel insurance assume full responsibility for any losses.

5. Liability Disclaimer Olamendi Travel and Tours, LLC acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for acts, errors, delays, omissions, or losses caused by third parties, or for any force majeure events beyond our control.

6. Pricing & Inclusions Quoted prices are based on current rates, availability, and supplier terms. Pricing may change prior to payment and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Only services specifically listed are included.

7. Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by Olamendi Travel and Tours, LLC will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

8. Acceptance of Terms By confirming a booking with Olamendi Travel and Tours, LLC, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
